PRIVACY POLICIES :

Information Collected by Harvest Marketing Group

Harvest Marketing Group collects information for its MVs (Member Vendors). Each MV signs an agreement with Harvest Marketing Group authorizing them to collect and maintain information about their clients. Clients of each MV in turn may receive emails from the MV using Harvest Marketing Group's software and technology solutions. Client information is used solely by the MV for email campaigns and other related purposes. This information is stored in a confidential and secure database hosted by Harvest Marketing Group but belonging only to the MV.

In order to provide feedback including campaign reports to our MVs, Harvest Marketing Group employs software that takes advantage of servers that use cookies and other tracking tools to capture associated data. This information allows us to best manage each email communication and allows our MVs to better manage their campaigns. The reports we generate use only the data in our system and we do not gather additional data from outside sources.

Sharing Information With Third Parties

Harvest Marketing Group does not share a MV's client list with third parties. Information is collected and entered into a secure (password protected) proprietary database maintained only by Harvest Marketing Group. This information is held by Harvest Marketing Group as confidential information, to be used exclusively by its MVs for the benefit of their clients. Harvest Marketing Group will not compile, buy, sell, rent, or trade a MV's information (email list), or send unauthorized email to MV's clients (e-mail list).

If you desire to be removed from one of our e-mail lists, please reply to the e-mail you received with "REMOVE" in the subject line, or forward the email you received to remove@harvestmg.com . We will make sure that you are removed from the list and we make sure that our MV is restricted from adding your email to their list in the future.

Member Vendor Privacy Policies

Our MVs are asked to have their own privacy policies regarding their client lists. You can contact a MV and ask about their privacy policy by replying to the email you received. Email sent by our MVs may contain links to websites other than our own.
