Are you an Email Service Provider?
No, we are marketing professionals and consultants who specialize in the design and delivery of internet based communications.
How do you send your emails?
Harvest Marketing Group is white labeled through its delivery partner, Bronto Software, an industry leading Tier 2 email service provider. The Bronto partnership is extensive, covering compliance, white listing, reputation, and a focus on deliverability. Harvest clients receive on average a greater than 95% deliverability of their emails.
Can I open my own account on your platform and do my own work?
Yes, in fact all of our clients are required to establish an account on our delivery platform. We encourage self service and we can accommodate any level of training and consulting you need.
How much are your fees to open an account?
Our basic plan is $25 a month and for the majority of our clients that’s all that’s needed. Email volume usage (EVU) is based on total emails sent in a calendar month. EVU fees starts at $15 per 1000 with volume discounts starting at over 5,000 emails per month.
Do I have to have an account opened on your platform to participate in the eFlyer Program?
Main banner advertisers (MBA) do need to have an account open our platform. Logo Advertisers (LA) do not.
Do I have to be on a Service Plan each month?
Service Plans are designed to save clients money over using the same services unbundled. If no services are provided (meaning we do not design or send any campaigns) then only monthly account fees and EVU fees will apply (minimum 1000 emails).
Can I pay by invoice?
Rarely do we support invoice billing. Clients are asked to pay by corporate credit card or electronic funds transfer (EFT) from a business checking account. We typically bill on or around the 5th of each month and we email you a monthly statement showing the previous month's services.
How do you provide reports to us?
Each month we compile the statistics from the messages you have sent. We include open rates and click through percentages and send you this report by email. Clients with account access can be trained to monitor their own results once they have been issued ID and password credentials.
Do you do website design or search engine optimization (SEO)?
Our staff can help you make updates to your website. If you are considering a full rewrite, we have experienced web design partners that can build new sites and provide managed search engine optimization (SEO) services. We can also help transfer domain names and hosting services from one provider to another.
